How Infantile is Assad?

Testifying before a Congressional Committee, Jeffrey Feltman said this about Assad.

“He is listening to people like Hassan Nasrallah, he is listening to people like Ahmadinejad, we need to be making our message to him loud and clear and directly.”

This is what the US thinks of Assad. Too infantile to be making his own decisions.
