If any country that welcomed Syrian refugees wants them repatriated, it has to pay Assad billions first. Assad is extorting the West to rebuild Syria using refugees as bait. Will Trump send cash to Putin the way Obama sent it to Khamenei? Russia, on behalf of the Assad regime, has the Chutzpah to tell the U.S. and Europe: Pay up. USA today wrote:

Putin’s representatives are talking with European and U.S. officials as I write, hoping that Washington will bail out the Kremlin.

The author is being nice using the word “Hoping”. Since when winners of wars hope? It is an extortion scheme like the world has never seen. Thank Ben Rhodes for his prescience. No, wait. Rhodes’ aim mirrored Iran’s, which is to destroy Israel, so it’s all good. How much rebuilding Syria might cost? USA Today Daniel DePetris enlightens us with these numbers based on factual and solid analysis:

In November 2017, the United Nations estimated it will take at least $250 billion to bring Syria back to its pre-war potential. Other estimates are far higher; World Vision, the global children’s charity, assessed that the war will cost Syria $1.3 trillion by 2020, a number that will require significant investment from the international community over the long-term for the nation to recover. 

Think about these numbers. Then think about the mass murderer seeking them. Assad is extorting the West for all its worth because he can. Because Barack Obama let him, and so has Donald Trump.

Don’t shake your head. You know very well Trump is capable of anything and everything to get his way. Considering we live in an era of belt tightening – Europe’s economies are under duress -and Trump Libertarianism keeps his troops cheering for him, the chances are low that any country may commit more than what a Syrian unemployed refugee might cost them annually. However, will Trump send cash to Putin à la Obama to Khamenei? This, we believe, will remain a possibility if conducted under the darkness of night. Putin might, on the spur of the moment, promise him a Trump Tower in Moscow when he gets defeated in 2020 we hope to a Republican candidate who can restore dignity to America. How? By recognizing first that Putin is our worst arch-enemy.
