Electing a Catholic President shocked the system, and this led to the Republicans refusing to indict Trump because they have realized, to regain their powers, they need to secure an authoritarian form of government that could never lose again to the Catholics and the Jews. And no one is better than Trump to deliver on that promise. This might be the beginning of America’s own thirty-year war.
To this day, Donald Trump has yet to concede. Not because he believes he did not lose, but because Joe Biden is a Catholic. It’s symbolic for him. Pundits are all over the place trying to justify the actions of the GOP Republicans when it is staring them in the face.

WAR WAGERS
Who is waging this war? The extremist elements in the Protestant movement to include the Freedom Caucus and the Evangelicals whose leader Pat Robertson, refusing to admit Joe Biden won the election, said:
Satan being the Catholics. Are you with me that America is suffering from a silent religious war? And if you wonder why Senators Rubio and Cruz, both Catholics, are towing the Evangelical line, listen to David Frum tell you how Trump broke Rubio in this short video.
They have lost their minds and so did most of the GOP Republicans. It matters little the evidence the House Managers have mounted against Trump, the silent religious war is driving today’s politics. Senators Rand Paul and Josh Hawley showing dispassionate interest in the trial symbolizes it.
In fact, Trump could post a video claiming he ordered the insurrection, and the GOP would still not indict him.
SOME GOP ARE NOT ON-BOARD
On the other hand, many GOP Senators refute Trump because they refuse this religious argument defending the rights for one group of people to rule absolutely. Trump is leading this effort, and the extremist elements in the GOP are following in tow.
In fact, Trump could post a video claiming he ordered the insurrection, and the GOP would still not indict him. This trial is not about guilt or innocence, it is about the naked power of the few unwilling to relinquish it to a rising majority.

But that’s exactly what Trump, and the GOP Senators refusing to indict him, truly want. Trump running again and imposing the biggest voter suppression of all times by installing himself as a dictator in the name of protecting the interests of the Protestants in this country. That’s their ultimate goal. They all believe they own America, and the rest of us are just temporary visitors.
Again, this is a view only shared by 40 or so GOP Senators like Rand Paul and Mitch McConnell. It’s the old white men last breath, and they represent the Dinosaurs that are about to go extinct.
The most important task Joe Biden faces the next four years is to make sure Congress works for the people, and not for greedy corporate entities to serve the interests of the 1% in this country.
AMERICA IS SUFFERING FROM A SILENT RELIGIOUS WAR
Trump’s coup failed because he is an incompetent moron. And we should thank our luck for that. Second round though, he won’t fail because instead of the fist of Josh Hawley and the racist rhetoric of Mo Brookes, the GOP will amass much more resources for Trump for his next next insurrection. The conspiracy is already under way starting with the GOP Senators refusing to indict Donald Trump because they all need him to give it another go.
If Joe Biden does not strengthen our democracy in the next four years by forcing corporate America to give back Congress to the people to do the people’s business, I am afraid the anger will only multiply setting the stage for Trump or any other nincompoop to break our democracy apart. For good this time around. As Trump channeled that anger to serve his interests, the template is available for others to emulate should Biden not diffuse that anger Americans feel towards their own government disinterested in serving their interests.
The wealthiest in this country know what is dividing us … They know they are the cause of our divisions and anger.
BIDEN’S TASK IS DAUNTING
The most important task Joe Biden faces the next four years is to make sure Congress works for the people, and not for greedy corporate entities to serve the interests of the 1% in this country. This should not be a band-aid effort because there will be another Trump waiting to haul the loot in the form of angry Americans if Biden does not act boldly. The wealthiest in this country know what is dividing us. They pay a good penny for timely and accurate reports from the best analysts forecasting societal, political, and economic trends. They know they are the cause of our divisions and anger. Yet, we do not know if they are willing to let go of the golden goose (i.e. Congress) that lays them gold eggs by the truckload.
From early indications, their objection to the $15 an hour minimum wage tells me they are unwilling passengers in the train to fix our system.
