Ass Kissing Saudi Arabia Makes the U.S. Look Weak

There is diplomacy and then bowing to authoritarianism. There is military muscle-flexing and then there is cowardice. When President Biden blocked a lawsuit against Saudi bad boy and murderer Mohammad bin Salman from reaching our courts, he showed how low he can bow and how cowardice rules the world of wimpy men. For those who stand by the President’s decision, please know that ass kissing Saudi Arabia makes the United States of America look weak when the ass we kissed is totally dependent on the U.S. for their own survival and security. Joseph Biden acted exactly like Donald Trump would have.

The problem with the state of mind of people like the WWII British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain is not the personae itself, but the DNA running in the blood of timid and fearful men with immense responsibilities. They always seem to deliquesce their decision making process to the lowest and weakest common denominator. “No risks, no problems” seems to be their motto.

In our case, even at the expense of the reputational staying power of the United States and its military prowess.

And Joseph Biden just submitted to Mohammad bin Salman.

NO ONE IS ADVOCATING MILITARY ADVENTURISM

No one is advocating any military action here. We are simply proposing the United States acts like the superpower that it is. What use is spending over $700 billions on our military if we don’t flex our muscles once in a while? Especially against a country whose ideology led to 9/11? Have we forgotten already that it’s the cousins of Mohammad bin Salman who financed that act of terror?

Fellow readers, Saudi Arabia is not our friend, and will never be. It represents the epicenter of an ideology that dates back to the 7th century by a religion that demands absolute and total submission. And Joseph Biden just submitted to Mohammad bin Salman.

It’s true that the purpose is the need to lower gas prices at the pump beholden to the oil production power of Saudi Arabia. But if Saudi Arabia is able to flex its oil muscles, why are we not flexing our military muscles in response instead of bowing to Mohammad bin Salman’s violent history? One which won’t be long before it repeats itself.

It makes no sense to us why the Biden Administration does not act more forcefully against a weak country dependent on our security. And if you are thinking diplomacy, such is productive only with countries whose history of violence does not include attacking our institutions on 9/11.

Damn it guys. Grow some balls and wrestle lower oil prices out of Saudi Arabia because without us, Iran would swallow that country whole.

THE SPECTER OF IRAN

Especially when Iran is using the Houthis in Yemen to terrorize Saudi Arabia whose air defense systems depend on our Patriot missiles? What we have at the National Security Council are one-dimensional civil servants unable, or unwilling, to make the chess moves necessary to impose our will on those who are harming our interests. Every NSC step seems to elicit “Oh no, we can’t do that”. Why? Because it might offend some sensibility, or risk their own personal careers.

Damn it guys. Grow some balls and wrestle lower oil prices out of Saudi Arabia because without us, Iran would swallow that country whole.

So what if suing Saudi Arabia forces Mohammad bin Salman to pay up for his murder? It’s not like asking Mother Teresa to pay from her own pocket.
