Punditry StaffIn 2014, Ukrainians begged Barack Obama to send them lethal weapons to defend themselves from Russian aggression. Instead, the former President sent them MRE’s, or what the Army call Meals-Ready-to-Eat. No wonder Putin felt secure invading and annexing the Crimea. Soon thereafter, many senior security staff at the Pentagon begged Obama to provide the Ukrainians with ways to defend themselves in the future. Again, Obama declined. Today, the Ukraine stands without an air defense system, which will make Russian bombers devastate the Ukrainian forces and cities. Truth be told, Obama’s lack of experience and lack of plain common sense are still harming our interests abroad to the point that one can blame Barack Obama for Putin invading the Ukraine. Again.
In my opinion that remained steady since Obama appeared on the stage in 2007, Obama was ill-equipped to become President and it showed with his decision-making.
Biden and the appeasers in his administration are pretty much the same people Obama had in his. A nicely packaged gift for Vladimir Putin.
If we simply sit back and just apply sanctions, we might as well declare NATO dead.
ONE CANNOT DENY HISTORY

We stripped Ukraine of its nuclear weapons after the downfall of the Soviet Union with a promise to come to its aid, and now the United States is letting Russia just swallow this democratic nation because of Obama’s terrible foreign policy and Trump kissing Putin’s ass as his most valuable agent.
Who will trust us next? How do we untangle ourselves from the terrible decisions appeasers make often to the detriment of our own self-interests?
Remember, though, to blame Barack Obama for all his missteps against Vladimir Putin. The man was never ready to become President. Just as Trump was never fit to become one.
Folks, don’t let the media fool you. Its job is often to carry the water for the White House. Sanctions do not work. Period. Their intentions are to make us feel good about ourselves and for our leaders to escape culpability.
THE US MUST FIND A WAY TO BURY PUTIN IN THE UKRAINE
I have zero trust in the foreign policy approach of appeasers. They are simply incapable of calculating costs and benefits with regularity and realism. Unfortunately, the Biden Administration is laced with them. They pretty much control our foreign policy. This is why Putin invaded. His costs are minimal when viewed from every angle possible.
But our military should have a say in what happens next. The Pentagon, outside the NSC, should propose and implement a set of defensive measures the United States can adopt to make life for Putin difficult as he massacres Ukrainians the way he massacred Syrians since 2015.
The United States, knowing who Putin was, sat on its hands while the mass murderer prepared for war. Just like the allies sat on their butts while Hitler prepared for his. Now, the U.S. has no choice but to respond, outside the scope of toothless sanctions, to make Putin pay the ultimate price. Whether it will happen, I doubt it. I can already see President Biden hesitate to do anything more than just apply sanctions.

Not NATO and not all the Biden appeasers running around with their hair on fire the cause of which is their own self doubt.
