Did Musk Buy DeSantis for a Twitter Launch?

The question everyone should be asking, following the big Twitter fiasco when 500,000 visitors crashed its servers, is “Did Musk buy DeSantis for a Twitter launch?”. From our perspective, we believe that Ron DeSantis is unable to raise the capital he needs to run an effective campaign. So, he sold his announcement to jump start a political entry built on failing in a world of majority voters like the Millennials, the Gen. X, and the Gen. Z. As the baby boomers, representing the hearts and souls of conservative politics, die off, the younger generation rising is overwhelmingly liberal.

Half a million visitors, which is just about the number of viewers that tune to CNN every night, should not crash the giant Twitter. That’s ridiculous. Truthfully, why did Twitter crash? Ask any of the 7,000 Twitter former employees Elon Musk fired. They know very well why.

How much did Musk pledge, or pay, to Ron DeSantis’ campaign to launch his bid on Twitter? $1m? $5m? Or is it just $100,000 as DeSantis shows signs of defeatism as soon as he launches a presidential campaign built on racism and hatred?

Did Musk buy DeSantis lock, stock, and barrel?

He [DeSantis] has laden himself with so much baggage to gain Trump’s supporters that he forgot where the majority of voters stand on issues.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL OR KILLED IN ACTION?

We don’t know what is the best descriptor to use to define Ron DeSantis campaign. Should we label it as DOA? Or, should we designate it as KIA? The DOA is best suited for use to depict a campaign whose culture wars has probably turned off more than half the voters. Maybe even more. When you see Ron DeSantis pursue such unpopular policies on the national stage, it makes one wonder whether he is unable to turn off his Florida campaign mode. Or put more succinctly, he is totally unfit to become the President.

The KIA represents more the Trump campaign playing the drums of war. In fact, nothing would please Trump more than to bite into the DeSantis egg and crush it even before it hatches. This is the real Trump plan, which is to kill the DeSantis campaign before it even starts.

There is no way in hell, when DeSantis supports no abortion after six weeks, bans books dealing with teaching the true history of the United States, and picks a silly and an unconstitutional fight with an American icon of capitalism, that he can build any kind of popularity that would place him close to the White House. It is not happening, folks. He has laden himself with so much baggage to gain Trump’s supporters that he forgot where the majority of voters stand on issues.

So, he needs the likes of Elon Musk to raise as much money as he can to blur his record in the hope that the Democrats ignore it, or in the hope that voters might simply forget his unlawful trespasses on our liberties and civil rights.

Eventually, Fox might buy Trump’s Truth Social to compete against Musk new direction.

IS MUSK USING DESANTIS TO ATTRACT TRUMP BACK TO TWITTER?

The other theory we believe may have some merit rests in the idea that Musk wants Donald Trump back on Twitter to attract more eyeballs, thus more advertisers, to turn Twitter into a heftier profit center to justify the high price he paid for its acquisition. Maybe, Musk is indirectly blackmailing Trump by inviting DeSantis. For the simple reason that he needs to save the company he purchased at the inflationary price of $44B. That is a B for Billions.

In any event, Musk the narcissist is enjoying every minute playing the kingmaker. This is exactly what his personality strives for to achieve any kind of fulfillment. It’s that burst of gratification that pumps adrenaline into his veins to make Musk feel good about his chances of saving Twitter.

Let’s wait and see how he can sustain the media attention in this long game. Eventually, either Fox buys Trump’s Truth Social to compete against Musk new direction, or Musk fails to save Twitter, which would eventually become a rusty town hall.
