Punditry StaffFor all their bravado centered around keeping the filibuster intact for the purpose of bipartisanship, both Senators threw the very same racist Senate rule under the bus last week when they gave the nod for Congress to raise the debt ceiling. They did it because their corporate buyers asked for it. But when it comes to voting rights, lowering drug prices, or helping the elderly with expanded medicare coverage, both Senators, to this day, stand by the very same racist Senate rule like horny rats stand by wandering mates. The despicable hypocrisy of Senators Manchin and Sinema shows just how corrupt these two Democratic Senators are. They have established this reality by conspiring against their own constituents and the American people.
Both Senators, I believe, are closet racists. Their insistence on bipartisanship when it comes to voting rights remind us, as Senator Raphael Warnock told us in a speech on the Senate floor, that slavery was bipartisanship. So was women’s suffrage.
For these two Senators, bipartisanship is a curtain to hide their racism behind.
Mr. President, don’t come crying to the American people when you lose in 2022 and 2024. You, sir, are the victim of your own bipartisanship fantasies.
TIME FOR JOE BIDEN TO SHOW SOME CHUTZPAH
Meanwhile, President Joe Biden is hiding behind the secure walls of the White House instead of coming down hard on Senators Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema by unleashing the DNC powers to harm their chances for re-elections. Either he is oblivious, as a white man, to the voting rights of the brown and black people, or he lacks the inner strength to stand up to those two despicable hypocrites. I don’t know which. But either is bad, and either spells trouble for him in the next election cycle.
In effect, Manchin and Sinema are taking away the President’s powers right from under his feet. Yet, he remains strangely aloof to the idea that two corrupt Senators can ram him into the wall just because corporate America bought their hide on the open market. Just as ranchers buy cattle.
It’s time for Joe Biden to show some Chutzpah. It’s time for him to feast on the heads of those traitors to their own Party and save his own agenda. If he is serious about surviving 2022 and 2024.
Mr. President, don’t come crying to the American people when you lose in 2022 and 2024. You, sir, are the victim of your own bipartisanship fantasies.
If both Senators are decimating your agenda, should you not, at least, go down fighting?
