Punditry StaffIt is not easy to accuse a sitting U.S. President for his total lack of good judgment, but Joe Biden is a true exception that does not deserve to escape our scrutiny. At the same time that he is claiming he seeks to contain the Gaza genocide, which has enraged billions of people around the world, Joe Biden goes out and bombs Yemen not once, but three times. Why? Because the Houthis are threatening shipping lanes to force a ceasefire in Gaza. The Houthis would halt their attacks once Israel declares a ceasefire. Imagine risking a wider war just because Biden is unwilling to impose a ceasefire on Israel, which is a military matter that will eventually happen. The idiocy of Joe Biden is limitless.
The Houthis are not the only ones seeking a ceasefire. Some 153 nations voted for a U.N. resolution seeking the same thing. As we said it before, it is the United States and Israel against the rest of the world, almost.
What if the Houthis, with help from Iran, start lobbing thousands of missiles against multi-targets all at once? Israel, the ships, U.S. bases in Iraq and the Gulf, and even U.S. strike forces roaming the region? How can the U.S. respond all at once, while also protecting Israel from Hezbollah attacks?
You can kill people and infrastructure, but you cannot kill their idea of freedom from oppression and subjugation.
WHAT IF YEMEN AND IRAN RETALIATE?
If Iran retaliates, where will the US missiles come from after exhausting our supplies by providing Ukraine and Israel most of our stockpiles? And who will pay for the weapons but the U.S. taxpayers?
Biden is playing with fire by placing our own troops in harm’s way. Even if the intelligence is indicating that Iran is incapable of causing much damage for a long time, how many times had our intelligence been wrong before? Why not call for a ceasefire to bring the temperature down and avoid expanding the war on too many fronts? Hamas would be willing to give up the Israeli hostages to stop the Israeli genocide.
Furthermore, if the goal is to destroy Hamas, another organization will take its place. Remember how ISIS took over the duties of al-Qaeda? Or, how Taliban took over al-Qaeda?
You can kill people and infrastructure, but you cannot kill their idea of freedom from oppression and subjugation. There was no social media during the brutal campaign against the native Indians in North America. If Israel believes it can duplicate, it is going to learn the hard way it is going to fail. How many countries defended the native Indians as opposed to how many Arabs, Muslims, and countries are defending the Palestinians?
No country can repeat that colonizing barbaric template again.
It seems it does not matter to Biden that the world has now labeled him “Genocide Joe”. His idiotic behavior is engraving his own legacy with the blood of innocent women and children, and now, it seems, he will stop at nothing but more death and destruction of innocent civilians.
Watch him stumble and lose in 2024. For certain, if Iran retaliates, and he looks like the fool that he is.
