Punditry StaffWithout a shred of a doubt, the sleaziest politician parading hate and cruelty as a legitimate political platform is none other than Ron DeSantis. The man is a walking sick maniac unable to foster but brutishness and viciousness, and milk them to inflict pain on anyone who opposes his authoritarian tendencies. It’s like he is a practitioner of political water boarding. The kind he witnessed, comfortably, its use at Guantánamo.
His campaign is slowly dying from a thousand cuts all of his own making. Just beware of politicians who find it hard to smile, or too awkward to hold babies, or unable to muster any empathy but for themselves. That’s Ron DeSantis in one brief, miserable sentence.
We still, to this day, don’t know what he is doing running for president. Those who funded his campaign wanted so much to believe he could be an alternative to Trump, all blinded, as well, by hate for the former President. That blindness led them to pick the wrong horse.
DeSantis lost over 25% of Republicans primary voters in six months.
FROM SECOND TO FIFTH
When Ron DeSantis announced his candidacy on May 24, 2023, on Twitter at the time, he was able to muster enough support to challenge Donald Trump. Forward to November 2023, less than six months later, and his campaign is sinking fast, positioning him as fifth behind Trump, Haley, Christie, and Ramaswamy. It is sinking from lack of funding, and most importantly, lack of interest in a hateful man full of anger against everyone who does not tow his line.
DeSantis lost over 25% of Republicans primary voters in six months. You can’t even write a Hollywood script with such disastrous ending. Between wearing high heels to look taller, and his continued tendency to fight anyone just about every day, Ron DeSantis has become the punching bag of voters across this land.
Yet, he keeps going. In the hope that his cruelty and hate might just register better.
It was never nice knowing you DeSantis. We hope you never win another election. Ever.
BY ATTACKING NIKKI HALEY, DESANTIS SHOWS HOW FAR HE SANK
His latest victim at the end of his spear of cruelty is Nikki Haley, which also demonstrated his racism in one neat little DeSantis horror package. What was his complaint about Haley? She was not tough enough against the George Floyd’s peaceful protesters who marched to protect their rights from police brutality and senseless killing of innocent black people.
Hey, Ron, that’s a great subject to tackle to get you elected to beat Haley. Way to go, buddy. Just dispense more racism and hate, and maybe you will end up in the gutter by the summer of 2024. This, if you have enough money left to fight with the same level of cruelty one finds in any cheap dictator running his country to the ground.
We predict that by January 21, after the New Hampshire caucus, Ron DeSantis will no longer matter. By the time Nevada votes, it would be all over for him. The momentum is with Nikki Haley and Chris Christie.
It was never nice knowing you DeSantis. We hope you never win another election. Ever.
