Punditry StaffOne of the vestiges of our democracy has been a neutral Supreme Court. Up until the era of the last President when Trump appointed supreme Justices in his own image to ensure that his lasting and dividing legacy breaks down our voting rights and the Constitution to pieces. And breaking both to pieces is exactly what the ultra conservative Justices are doing, thus misrepresenting the will of the majority of the people who voted for Biden as President.
The United States Supreme Court has become en enclave of racism whose duty to Trump dictates that it dismantles the rights of all the minorities in the U.S. in favor of white supremacy.
Want any evidence? Look how the Court voted to uphold the racist Alabama gerrymandering efforts, which have but one aim: To discard African-American rights to vote in a free society. Ours is no longer free, nor democratic when those interpreting our supreme laws wear white robes and hoodies openly and without shame.
Folks, it all starts and ends with voting rights. What use are superior numbers if they don’t show up to vote, or their votes are not representative of their numbers?
AN INTENTIONAL SETBACK FOR VOTING RIGHTS
White Supremacists are panicking. They see the writing on the wall as the Caucasian birth rates collapse. So, the conspiracy is on.
How to ensure that a Republican minority, White Anglo-Saxon Protestants only, keeps control of a future where blacks, Latinos, Asians, Jews, Catholics and everyone in-between can no longer control the levers of power?

Which is exactly what the all-white, all racists ultra conservatives Justices on the Supreme Court are beginning to dictate in the form of nonsensical, no-explanation rulings that strike at the heart of our democracy.
Bravo to the racist Mitch McConnell. Mission accomplished. Well done sir. You have installed three racist supreme court justices to dismantle the rights of millions of Americans.
Between you and the other racist orange man, you are slowly turning America, the land of the free, into an apartheid country. One where the white Republicans rule by cheating the rest of us out of their rights to vote in a representative way.

A POLITICIZED COURT OF SHADOW DOCKETS
In recent years, the Supreme Court has increasingly employed the tactic of rendering an opinion by ordering the stay of one law or another without providing a reasonable explanation for its action. To many, this smacks of politicization of the Court. When their ultra conservative, Trump-appointed Justices refuse to provide a logical explanation for or against a temporary ruling, the Court provides fodder for its critics.
On the very same subject of “Shadow Docket”, Justice Kagan said the following:
Their decision to uphold Alabama’s gerrymandering maps until they take up the issue, not in enough time to stop the damage in 2022, is like more racist and more impossible to defend.
Losing respect for the Supreme Court because it has politicized itself will spell doom for our democracy, or whatever is left of it with Trump assaulting it on a daily basis.
Everywhere you look today, you see Trump’s racism and bigotry on display as his lasting legacy. It leaves our country vulnerable to domestic terror, which is exactly what Vladimir Putin had in mind when he backed the destructive Donald Trump.
