Punditry StaffOne way to pin a crime on a suspect is to tie the evidence of that crime to their identity. Such as a driver’s license or passports co-located with the evidence of a crime. So, when the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago, the agents searching the place discovered in Trump’s personal desk drawer his passports along with the top secret documents they were looking for. This, my fellow citizens, is irrefutable proof of obstruction of justice. You see, when it comes to passports and top secret documents, it is also evidence of another crime: The Fuhrer Trump is as dumb as his supporters are. Co-mingling his passports with secret documents in the same place is tantamount to not wiping his fingerprints from a firearm after using it to kill someone.
The Department of Justice cannot prosecute people because they are stupid, but the Department can certainly prosecute Trump for obstruction of justice. Even if he claims, as he did in his latest filings against the DOJ, that as a former President he had the right to keep secret documents at his home.
This defense does not respond to one that is of utmost importance, which centers around lying to the Department of Justice and the National Archives when both have been trying to pry these secret documents from Donald Trump. He did not even admit they are in his possession. Just the opposite, his lawyer denied the Fuhrer had them.

There goes Trump’s latest defense. Down the toilet.
The entitled Fuhrer, in reality, never expected the FBI to raid his home. He truly believed he was above the law and his action not to protect himself by better hiding the evidence testifies to this truth. In his sick mind, Donald Trump believes the law exists to serve his interests, not to nab him for continually committing crimes.
As of this raid, his mindset, now in full shock, is adjusting to his new realities. Maybe, it is dawning on him, by now, that his troubles cannot be tossed aside like he tossed every illegal activity ever since ho took office in 2016. But will that lead to a full indictment remains a mystery. Trump is challenging the Department of Justice at every turn in the hope that he can manufacture a Gordian Knot that befuddles his enemies.
Our hope is that Merrick Garland is too smart to let him use the courts to tie the DOJ in a long legal battle. Trump has already committed a crime and the FBI should descend again on Mar-a-Lago and arrest him for his eventual day in court.
The country cannot afford to let Donald Trump loose again. He is willing to destroy everything in his path just to satisfy his sick ego.
