Not only in defiance of the world order, but most importantly with the possible secret acquiescence of a U.S. President looking for money from rich Jewish American donors for his 2024 campaign.
Just as the late Sheldon Adelson donated to Donald Trump’s campaign hundreds of millions of dollars to move the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem, other donors are looking to emulate Adelson. He single-handedly set the precedent, and now it looks like powerful Jewish donors may have successfully funded the presidency of Joe Biden as well in return for unconditional loyalty to Israel.
For now, and as far as Biden is concerned, Israel can do whatever it pleases, to include the mass murder of women and children. No lines in the sand, and no red flags to raise. That’s Joe Biden’s true legacy.

No laws, no matter how liberal, are constraining Israel today on a mission to exterminate Hamas while it kills its way through tens of thousands of Palestinian innocent civilians. Is that the American world order countries are supposed to embrace voluntarily? This is not a question either Biden or Netanyahu would like to answer at this moment in time. What is important is to finish Hamas before the world explodes in disgust against Israeli violence and terrorism.
Ever so slowly, Israel, over the last 15 years under the Netanyahu government, has become a ruthless apartheid state, which culminated in the October 7 attack on innocent Israeli civilians. Of course, Israel only starts the story with the October 7 terror attack, and not its history of violence against the Palestinians, which, incidentally, led to October 7. The U.S. media, unfortunately, tows the same line. As if October 7 happened in the void of time. As if an occupying country, known for killing its occupiers, is innocent of any crime.

There is only one way for Israel to prosper and live in peace: Free the Palestinians to have their own state.
Yes, Hamas is a terrorist organization, but Israel still killing innocent Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank makes it no less a terrorist entity than Hamas.
SIGNS OF HOPE
We are happy to see the hostages released, thanks mostly to Qatari help and assistance. We are also happy to see both sides express the joys that come from the ashes of their wars against each other. But if Israel believes it can kill Hamas, it sure would never be able to kill the cause itself, representing the idea that Palestinian freedom is as priceless as any Jewish life.
And just as South Africa freed itself from the shackles of racism and bigotry, so will the Palestinians free themselves from the apartheid of Netanyahu’s government, which led us to this moment in history.
